Restaurante Laguna is the energetic hub at Umaya. Inviting you to savor delectable dishes, reimagined by Chef Rahim, from breakfast through dinner, paired with uninterrupted lagoon and mountain views.

Whether you start your day with a hearty breakfast, catch up over lunch, or enjoy a tasty dinner, each dish weaves a flavorful story through Belize’s cuisine.

Additionally, our lagoon-side private deck is perfect for intimate, designed dining overlooking the calm lagoon. It’s the ideal setting for celebrating special moments like birthdays, engagements, and elopements or simply celebrating life under a star-filled sky.

And of course, there’s always a seaside dish – the catch of the day – like the pan-seared fresh fish fillet with smoked sea salt and organic coconut oil perfume. Served over a bed of wild rice and cream of spinach.
